Warranty
LoopAmerica products have a warranty of three (3) years, parts and labor.

Repairs
For equipment repair, please return your LoopAmerica product directly to LoopAmerica. Your repair will be given prompt attention. Warranty repair will not affect the original warranty on the product. Items out of warranty will have a 60 day warranty on the repair.

For all product repairs, please complete a repair submission form (in a writeable PDF format for your convenience). Place the original form in the shipping box with your product to be repaired and ship to:
